Studios Fortress are in the historic center of the old town of Dubrovnik on a quiet cobblestoned side street, just 60 meters off the main strip PLACA (STRADUN). We offer 2 spacious private studio suites, specially desigend airconditioned units providing our guests with all the comforts of home and consist of a king or queen size bed, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
A perfect place for a tranquil retreat. The suites are located in a completely redecorated building dating from 1700's here you will enjoy the perfect combination of contemporary and old design, inspired by lavish colours and textures rooted in the traditional Dubrovnik genteel style evoking a sense of past times.

Centrally located in a quite area of the old town yet within a 2-10 minute walking distance to all the historical attractions, museums, galleries, 3 beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, caffes, ferries to the islands and public transportain. Absolutly no need for a car.

Our studio suites are side by side and can be reserved for a group of up to 4 people. In order to do this you will need to reserve both units for the days needed and put 2 people in each unit.

ATTENTION: When making reservations please specify the time of your arrival or do so afterwards by email. This is necessary in order to be welcomed without hitches, as there is no concierge day or night!

We can stock your refrigerator with groceries and beverages to your list so that upon your arrival you can relax, have a bite to eat and drink without the hassle of looking for a grocery store. Email us your list. This service is an additional cost of the grocery bill plus 20%.

The studios are situated in a quite area within the midevil fortress walls yet within a 2 - 10 minute walk to all attractions, 3 beaches, food and beverage and public transportation.
The main strip PLACA (a. k. a STRADUN) is lined with 13th-17th century limestone buildings, with several medival, rennassaunce / gothic churches, shops, restuarants, terraced caffes, shops, museums. At one end of the PLACA is the Pile Gate where you can visit the Onofrio fountain, walk the fortress walls, stroll through the Franciscian monastary with a centuries old preserved pharmacy. At the other end is the famous clock tower, Orlando monument, Sponza Palace museum, Rectors palace, St Blaise church, the catherdral, the Dominican monestary, old town port which offers a fascinating Mediteraininan ambient to the Porporela, speciallty restauants, and ferry excursions to the islands. The cobble stoned side streets offers several amazing picture perfect scenery
150- 250 meters from our apts, there are 3 local beaches/swimming spots. One is called Buza which is the only swimming spot in the Old Town and directly outside the old town are 3 other beaches that provide a wide variety of watersport rentals, fabulous views of the old town fortress, including Lovrijenac. The Banje beach is one of the most popular ones that has been rated #3 best beach in Europe.
