Ruzanna's B&B in your home away from your home. Thank you for choosing our B&B. It is an honor for us to be your host. Stepanavan is the hub between Yerevan and Tbilisi. it is a must to stop here, have a homemade dinner, see the sunset over Lori Fortress, relax under the sound of colorful fountains in the beautiful Shahumyan square next to your B&B and experience the hospitality of Armenian family. If you need any information related to Stepanavan, Lori, or Armenia as a whole before your arrival, please send us a message and we will answer you as soon as possible. We can also take you for daily tours all around Lori region in a comfortable jeep and bring you back safely for a nice dinner.

Ruzanna's Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of Stepanavan. it is a cozy house with a history of 220 years. Most citizens of Stepanavan who had first moved to this town have lived at least a day in this house. The street it is located on was called Milioni street because it used to belong to a millionair who owned all the houses of that street before Soviet Union was created. The basement of the house has served as spinning mill about a century ago.

Friendly hosts - Ruzanna and Sos will make your stay adorable and memorable. Ruzanna is a wonderful cook, Sos is the person to tell you all about the beautiful sights in the area. If you are tired of hotels, restaurant food and want to feel at home away from your home, then this is the right place for you. Please come over to our B&B. Here you can feel real Armenian family warmth, eat delicious food, and feel a part of the family.

The house has one room available for guests and a cozy, beautiful balcony to enjoy your evenings. Ruzanna's daughters (Taguhi and Sona) are experts in tourism and will help you with any question you might come up both in Stepanavan and in Armenia.

If you are lucky to have their daughters in the town, you will be suggested different tours in the area - hiking, going to the river, picking up berries, mushrooms, etc.

Bed that you want to continue sleeping and are always late from breakfast due to its comfort and fresh air of Stepanavan air.
